Counselling can give you the space you need to explore your life when you are facing challenges and difficulties. Talking to a therapist can help you gain new perspectives, understand yourself and learn new ways of approaching life.
My aim as a counsellor is to provide you with a space in which to be fully heard, and to help you explore your challenges in a safe, professional and supportive environment.
My training is Integrative which means I draw from a number of approaches, to be able to meet and assist each individual I work with in the most suitable way. For me, the heart of counselling is about being alongside: helping you to look at and explore yourself, to help you connect with yourself and others at a deeper level.
